Job Title: Territory Sales Executive / Sr. Territory Sales Executive
Location: Bangalore Geography: Middle East
Work mode: Onsite (Work from office)
Experience: 3 – 5 years
Demonstration of work experience (preferable):
1. Proven experience in software sales, specialising in identifying qualified leads/opportunities from large enterprises globally.
2. Expertise in identifying key decision-makers and profiling customer databases using the Sales Navigator tool
3. Providing comprehensive company research.
4. Should have experience in securing meetings with C-level executives and key decisionmakers.
5. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with mid to C-level executives in customer organisations.
6. Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding qualified lead quotas.
Responsibilities include:
1. Utilise various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, networking, social media, etc.) to generate qualified leads and create sales opportunities.
2. Create and maintain a comprehensive new database of prospective clients and contacts for targeted sales initiatives.
3. Drive registration and participation for webinars to enhance lead generation efforts.
4. Accelerate the sales cycle time by generating qualified leads.
5. Achieve quarterly qualified lead generation quotas and ensure deeper penetration of Avaali's offerings into client accounts.
Skills required:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Deep analytical and interpersonal skills.
3. Can present a convincing point of view to the respective stakeholder and achieve outcomes.
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
5. Effectively use tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), PPM, and required templates to create and manage project deliverables.
6. Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as RPA, AI chatbot, shared service automation, etc.
7. High on energy and focused on achieving outcomes.
