Role Overview

We're hiring an 
AI & Business Automation Manager
 who can 
sit with different teams, understand their challenges, and design tools, workflows, or AI solutions
 that make their jobs 10x easier.

This is a 
go-getter role
 — we're looking for someone who doesn't just say 
"this can't be done"
 but actively finds ways to make it happen. You should be 
quick to test ideas, run optimizations independently, and figure out solutions
 to make our business more efficient.

You'll also lead a 
small support team
 (CRM executive, process interns, etc.) and drive efficiency projects across 
sales, civil budgeting, finance, and marketing
.

Responsibilities

  • Work with departments (sales, civil, finance, marketing) to identify problems and 
    design practical solutions
    .
  • Lead a small 
    automation support team
     to execute and maintain workflows.
  • Build and optimize integrations across 
    Zoho, Pabbly, WATI, Zapier, n8n
    , etc.
  • Research and implement 
    AI tools
     (ChatGPT, Twilio AI, LangChain, etc.).
  • Create 
    AI agents
     for prequalification, data entry, customer engagement, or budgeting assistance.
  • Develop 
    dashboards and databases
     for central business intelligence.
  • Quickly 
    test and run optimizations
     to improve performance.
  • Train teams on new workflows, monitor adoption, and improve continuously.

Requirements

  • Minimum 
    1 year of hands-on experience
     in workflow automation or business process design.
  • Strong with 
    no-code/low-code platforms
     (Zoho, Pabbly, Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, etc).
  • Good understanding of 
    APIs and integrations
    .
  • Exposure to 
    AI tools and conversational agents
    .
  • Solution-first mindset: 
    resourceful, fast, and execution-focused
    .
  • Leadership skills to manage a team and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong communication skills to work with 
    non-technical departments
    .

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of 
    basic coding or scripting
     (Python, Google Apps Script).
  • Experience in 
    operations-heavy businesses
     like real estate, logistics, or finance.
  • Familiarity with 
    data dashboards and analytics
    .
