Job Summary

Seasoned Solution Architect with 18+ years of experience in software testing and automation, specializing in Generative AI (GenAI) applications. The ideal candidate will architect intelligent testing frameworks using Java, Python, Selenium, and GitHub Copilot, integrating GenAI capabilities for autonomous test generation, defect prediction, and adaptive execution. Expertise in large language models (LLMs) like GPT or Claude, prompt engineering, and CI/CD integration is essential. Youll lead innovation in GenAI-driven testing, mentor teams, and align AI-powered QA strategies with business goals. Experience with cloud platforms and AI lifecycle management is a plus. Responsibilities

  • Design and Architect Scalable Automation Frameworks

  • Develop robust, reusable, and scalable test automation frameworks across web, mobile, API, and backend systems.

  • Ensure alignment with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native environments.

  • Integrate GenAI into Testing Workflows

  • Leverage Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs) to enhance test case generation, defect prediction, and intelligent test data creation.

  • Evaluate and implement GenAI tools to optimize test coverage and reduce manual effort.

  • Define Test Strategy and Governance

  • Establish automation strategy, standards, and best practices across projects.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure test coverage, traceability, and compliance with quality benchmarks.

  • Lead Innovation and Tool Evaluation

  • Research and recommend emerging tools and technologies in automation and GenAI.

  • Drive PoCs (Proof of Concepts) and pilot initiatives to validate new approaches.

  • Mentor and Collaborate Across Teams

  • Guide QA engineers and developers on automation and GenAI adoption.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in testing practices.
