About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Tester to join our innovative Gen AI project team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in automation testing, including expertise in UI testing for complex, AI-driven applications. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our next-generation AI solutions, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and data scientists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts for Gen AI applications, focusing on both backend and UI components.

  • Lead the planning and execution of end-to-end test strategies for AI features, including natural language processing, machine learning models, and generative AI interfaces.

  • Perform UI testing to validate user experience, responsiveness, and visual correctness across multiple browsers and devices.

  • Identify, document, and track defects; work with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality validation.

  • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.

  • Mentor junior testers and contribute to best practices in test automation and AI testing.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, review designs, and optimize testing approaches for AI-driven functionalities.

  • Stay current with industry trends in automation, Gen AI, and UI testing tools and frameworks.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automation testing, with a strong background in UI testing.

  • Proficiency with automation - Playwright

  • Experience testing AI-driven applications, with an understanding of Gen AI concepts and challenges.

  • Solid programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
