Your role 

We are looking for a highly experiencedEngagement Product Business Analyst with4 - 15 years of experience inFinance, Banking, P2P, O2C, R2R , andAI/ML technologies . This role demands strong client engagement skills and the ability to integrateGenerative AI  into business processes to deliver high-impact solutions for Chennai, Pune & Delhi-NCR location 
- Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
- Lead requirement gathering and analysis for P2P, Finance, and AI/ML integration.
- Translate client needs into actionable insights and solution proposals (As-Is / To-Be processes).
- Integrate Gen AI and advanced AI/ML technologies to enhance product features and business outcomes.
- Develop detailed user stories with acceptance criteria and prioritize based on business value.
- Drive project planning and delivery in alignment with client expectations and timelines.
- Provide training and support to clients for smooth adoption of implemented solutions.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Conduct walkthroughs and facilitate knowledge sessions on ITGC and process automation.
