Your Role
Design and architect scalable and efficient generative AI models and systems.Develop and implement generative AI algorithms for various applications, including text generation, image synthesis, and more.Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, Integration engineers, UI Developers and software developers to integrate AI models into production environments.Lead the development of AI-powered applications and services, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.Stay updated with the latest advancements in Gen AI, LLMs, Gen AI Frameworks, Cloud technologies, AI and machine learning, and apply them to improve existing systems and processes.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders.Conduct research and experiments to push the boundaries of generative AI capabilities. Your Profile
Master's or PhD degree  Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field or a related field.7+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on generative models.Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.Extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).Proven track record of designing and deploying AI systems in a production environment.Deep understanding of neural networks, natural language processing, and generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, Transformers).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
