Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager for Cement Dealers to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of specialized experience. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record within the cement dealership industry, adept in managing B2B sales strategies and effectively driving lubricant sales. Qualifications and Skills Advanced expertise in B2B sales strategy with a focus on cement dealers (Mandatory skill). Demonstrated experience in lubricant sales with a strategic approach to market penetration (Mandatory skill). Proficiency in managing relationships with cement dealers, enhancing sales, and building long-term partnerships (Mandatory skill). Familiarity with CRM software to effectively manage customer relationships and sales data. In-depth understanding of supply chain management to optimize inventory and logistics. Strong market analysis skills to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and drive sales success. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase cement dealer partnerships and revenue. Lead a team of sales professionals, setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing guidance for career development. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential partners within the cement industry. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and inventory management. Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate sales records and forecast future sales revenue. Develop reports and presentations to communicate sales performance and strategies to senior management.
