Job Profile

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training programs for new hires.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and retention strategies.
  • Maintain pay plan, performance appraisal system, and manage payroll coordination.
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Create and manage HR reports, dashboards, and data analytics for decision-making.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.

Candidate's Profile:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role (5+ years)
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities, handle confidential information, and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in HRMS/ATS and MS Office tools.
