Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the overall HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with employment laws, and employee development. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, conducting training sessions, managing employee benefits programs, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
  • Experience in employee recruitment and relations
  • Skills in performance management and employee development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in managing employee benefits programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
