Role Overview:


Are you a talented and innovative Frontend Developer with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences? As a Sr. Frontend Developer, you will lead the development of our user-facing applications, ensuring they are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. This role requires expertise in building responsive and performant web interfaces, a deep understanding of frontend frameworks, and a keen eye for detail. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences. This is a strategic and hands-on role, perfect for someone who is passionate about technology and committed to driving innovation in the travel industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Frontend Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using Angular. Ensure seamless integration with backend APIs.
  • Lead Architecture: Design and implement scalable and maintainable Frontend architecture.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to gather and implement requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Write clean, modular, and reusable code. Conduct code reviews, adhere to best practices, and help establish Frontend coding standards.
  • Performance & Optimization: Diagnose and resolve performance issues, optimizing for speed, responsiveness, and a smooth user experience.
  • Mentorship: Guide junior developers on best practices and foster a culture of learning and innovation within the team.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on Angular (preferably Angular 8 or later).
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
  • Experience with component-based architecture and state management libraries (e.g., NgRx).
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and UX/UI principles.
  • Experience working with design systems to ensure consistency and usability.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma) and debugging tools for Frontend applications.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and offer creative, technically sound solutions.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
