Role Overview:


Are you a visionary product strategist with a knack for transforming ideas into impactful travel solutions? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where innovation meets execution? If your vision is as clear as your understanding of market dynamics, we want you at Visa2Fly


As a Product Manager, you will be at the helm of our product development process, guiding cross-functional teams to bring cutting-edge travel tech solutions to life. Your role will involve defining product vision, prioritizing features, and keeping the user experience at the forefront of every decision. You will analyze market trends, gather user feedback, and translate insights into actionable product roadmaps that drive growth and engagement.


This is a hands-on role that requires strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a relentless focus on delivering value. Join us and play a key role in shaping the future of travel technology


Key Responsibilities:


  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and own the product strategy, translating business objectives and customer needs into a clear and actionable product roadmap.
  • Market and User Research: Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities and prioritize features.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product goals, define requirements, and coordinate successful launches.
  • Feature Prioritization and Development: Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with business goals. Oversee the entire development process, from concept to release.
  • Performance Tracking and Optimization: Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for products and features, analyze product performance, and implement changes to drive growth and improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing learnings to enhance product offerings and user experience.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Proven 3+ years of experience in product management, with a successful track record of launching and scaling products.  
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities, with experience in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to drive decisions.  
  • Proven experience in conducting market research, user testing, and data analysis to inform product decisions.   
  • A passion for understanding customer needs and delivering user-centered products.  
  • Exceptional Leadership and communication skills, able to convey complex concepts. 
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.  
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
