Role Description


As an Product Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and management of our product portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to grow within the product management domain.


Key Responsibilities:


Product Strategy and Vision:

·      Develop and communicate a clear product strategy for unsecured lending, aligned with overall business

objectives.

·      Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to ensure our products remain

competitive and compliant.


Product Development:

·    Lead cross-functional teams in the development of new unsecured lending products, from concept to launch.

·    Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, risk management, and technology teams, to ensure

successful product development and implementation.


Market Research and Analysis:

·     Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and areas for improvement in the unsecured

lending space.

·  Analyze customer feedback, market data, and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and continuously

improve existing products.


Risk Management:

·      Work closely with the risk management team to assess and mitigate potential risks associated with unsecured lending products.

·      Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.


Performance Monitoring:

·     Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor the performance of unsecured lending products against

established benchmarks.

·     Implement strategies to optimize product performance, including pricing adjustments, feature enhancements,

and marketing initiatives.


Stakeholder Communication:

·     Effectively communicate product updates, performance insights, and strategic plans to internal stakeholders and

executives.

·    Collaborate with sales teams to provide product training and support in client engagements. monitor the

performance of unsecured lending. 


Qualifications and Other Skills requirement:-


·      2-3 years of experience in Product management. Experience in unsecured lending is preferred.

·      Master’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.

·      Effective communication (written & verbal) and collaboration skills.

·      Strong understanding of lending products, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape.

·      Excellent project management and leadership skills.

·      Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
