Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Product Support Specialist at BirdChime. The Technical Product Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical and product support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing data, and improving processes to enhance customer satisfaction. The Technical Product Support Specialist will also work closely with the product development team to identify and report any product issues, as well as recommend potential product improvements based on customer feedback.
The Support representative will be responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls. The individual will act as the first point of contact for customers and provide support to resolve their issues quickly and efficiently. The candidate will also collaborate with the internal team to ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Qualifications
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience with the Shopify platform and Shopify App Development
Excellent Product Support, Customer Support, and Technical Support skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Strong analytical skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Experience in developing and implementing customer success strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Background in software development is a plus
