Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
  • Build targeted outreach lists based on market trends and guest demographics
  • Attend local networking events or tourism expos to generate new leads
  • Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media
  • Present The Sirmour Retreat's offerings - luxury stays, wellness packages, event hosting, etc.
  • Schedule meetings or site visits with interested clients
  • Assess client needs and budget to determine fit for retreat packages
  • Qualify inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns or website traffic
  • Maintain detailed records of lead interactions in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with the sales and reservations team to ensure smooth client handover
  • Work closely with marketing to align messaging and campaign goals
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
  • Track outreach metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and booked appointments
  • Prepare regular reports for management on sales development activities
  • Customize pitches based on client interests—e.g., wellness retreats, destination weddings, corporate off-sites
  • Understand competitor offerings to position The Sirmour Retreat effectively
