Job Title: Specialist/ Sr. Specialist Corporate Business - Corporate Insurance Sales (Direct Channel)

Location: Gurugram/ Delhi NCR/ Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales: Identify, engage, and acquire mid and large corporate clients for insurance solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in corporate organizations. Understand their insurance needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Promote SME and corporate insurance products, including fire, marine, liability, employee benefits (EB), and non-employee benefits (Non-EB).
  • Sales Targets & Performance: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide insightful recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Graduation or Masters degree in any stream
  • Proficiency and fluency in English, Hindi, and any other local language are preferable.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
