About the Role:

The Team: Our team is a dedicated, collaborative HR People Service that supports employees across various regions. We partner closely with global HR teams, Centers of Excellence, and HRIS to provide seamless, employee-centric support throughout the entire employee journey.
The Impact:
The Regional Specialist, People Services India plays a vital role in supporting the People Services team by responding to employee queries submitted through Tiers 0 and 1. As a member of the India People Services team, the Regional Specialist will offer general process expertise and domain knowledge, promote effective use of HR self-service technologies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities :
Execute HR system transactions to resolve a range of escalations, from basic to complex, within agreed SLAs
Escalate or collaborate with Tier 2 and Tier 3 stakeholders (HRIS and/or CoE teams) on unresolved issues
Support HR operational activities and manage employee data throughout the employee lifecycle
Maintain regional standards and ensure alignment with global HR processes
Adhere to scheduled shift and break patterns to guarantee appropriate coverage
Focus on enhancing the overall employee experience by delivering accurate and timely resolutions to increase employee satisfaction
Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide query support for change projects
Supporting Line Manager and/or People function with additional activities and projects as warranted by business needs in line with global People function strategy
What we're looking for?
2-5 years of relevant experience in HR Shared Services, providing Tier 1 support
Strong analytical and reporting skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience navigating HR data systems, preferably Workday
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
Effective time management and organizational skills
Qualifications:
2-5 years of relevant experience; prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills .
Proven ability to engage with customers and consistently meet SLA-driven metrics .
Flexibility to work varying hours and willingness to work onsite at the Gurgaon office
