Your Focus
As Regional Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote our products and services in the region. You will engage with customers, bringing forward trends, opportunities, initiatives and develop targeted local marketing campaigns which contribute to the growth of the region.
The role is Gurgaon, India based and will report to Global Marketing Director, Food Biosciences.

What you will need to be successful
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration or any other relevant discipline. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Content Management Systems and Social Media platforms. Knowledge of copywriting, proofreading, and editing. Know-how on food ingredients or food industry market is desired. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Good presentation skills and being comfortable when presenting to customers is a prerequisite. Eager to understand the dynamics and new developments with regards to the competition, customers, products, services, etc. Creative thinking. Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Must have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Strong desire to learn along with professional drive. Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels. Self-starter, fast learner, and able to work independently. Intellectual curiosity, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive attitude. Problem solver with can do attitude. Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.IFF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
