Job description


The job holder will support and manage multiple events simultaneously by helping shoot edits to adjust camera settings, configuring various cellular backpack technologies such as LiveU, managing start and end times for live streaming by communicating with editorial staff and in some cases, adding graphics, and other treatments. Ideal candidates will be strong communicators.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:


  • Responsible for program hosting and managing live streaming.
  • Troubleshoot video and audio streaming systems.
  • Proactively monitor and manage production systems.
  • Take cues and plan scene changes as per the running orders.
  • Run the live-stream (includes scheduling live streams, ending live streams, switching camera angles, monitoring the video and audio feed, etc.).
  • Help direct camera operators and optimize the broadcast picture in a variety of settings,
  • Implement graphics overlays on a broadcast.
  • Communicate key information with Editorial team and supporting team members.


Skills and experience:


  • Min 3 to 4 years of working experience or with relevant experience in this field are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present well and explain.
  • Ability to adapt and react quickly to changes.
  • Capability of identifying various audio and video issues.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and communicate effectively.
  • Motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Should Have good IT Knowledge
  • Excellent Knowledge of YouTube, Facebook, Insta, X and LinkedIn Streaming process.
  • Strong computer skills including a working knowledge of Mac OS.
  • knowledge of some form of video editing software is a plus.
  • Proficient with software for live-streaming and videos, specifically OBS, V Mix, Wirecast, YouTube Studio, Kilo View.
  • Knowledge of HLS/RTMP/SRT techniques
