About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and elevate the Health Click Away brand. This is a full-time, on-site position in our Delhi/NCR office, reporting directly to the CEO/Founder.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth.
  • Brand Building: Champion the Health Click Away brand, ensuring consistent messaging and impactful campaigns across all channels.
  • Marketing Execution: Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, public relations, and events.
  • Performance Measurement: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a senior marketing leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of market planning, market research, and marketing management principles.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and public relations.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for the health and fitness industry (experience in this sector is a plus
