JobPurpose:

VRMwill be responsible for enhancing the customer engagement virtuallyto increase customer stickiness on managed clients.
Theywill drive mobile banking adoption & usage increasecrosssell of products and work towards upgrading and onboardingcustomers in the relationship banking program. Professionallydriven to achieve higher customer satisfaction and increaseretention. VRM to have complete knowledge of endtoend bankofferings key goals of RM bank systems and key onboarding steps forproductscrosssell.
Roles&Responsibilities:
  • Responsiblefor deepening customer relationships to increase customerrelationship value.
  • Responsiblefor driving quality engagements over call with customers byfollowing industry bestpractices.
  • Responsiblefor increasing mobile banking adoption and drive initial login onOptimusapp.
  • CASAvalue builds up and new client acquisition and increase in ProductHolding Per Customer within mappedportfolio.
  • Responsiblefor crosssell of preapproved products such as Credit Card and otheroffers to increase products percustomer
  • Ensureall customer profiling for mapped customers and presented withsuitable banking products as per their need andrequirements.
  • Besolution oriented and ensure effective onboarding on Mobile/NetBanking Bill Pay SIP Insurance & Investment solutionsRetail and SME Loans and relevant bankingprograms.
  • Ensuremonthly operating plan is met to improve scorecard and decilerankings.
  • Coordinatewith respective teams for closure of retail assets & tradetransactions business generated through clientengagement.
  • Responsiblefor creating a customerfocused approach for quick resolution of allqueries and complaints to achieve NPSbenchmarks.
  • Ensurestrict adherence to the bank policies andcompliance.
  • PitchRelationship Banking program benefits and eligibility criteria tocustomers and onboard customers/groups to the RBprogram.
SecondaryResponsibilities:
  • Assist auditand ensure compliance to internal and external regulations andguidelines.
  • Providebest inclass customer service to all clients to become theirprimarybanker.

Requirements Graduation:
Bachelor s in Engineering /Technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business/
Computers / Management/ anyother graduationdegree.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevantexperience in Banking or alliedBusiness.
