Purpose/Objective
Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities of Role
- Explore possibilities of new Business, Land, JV, Collaboration, DM etc.
- Understand Realty business, Local laws, financial modeling, Due Diligence, commercial understanding markets dynamics, competitor analysis.
- Support BD Head in Land Acquisition.
- Coordinate with legal, liaison, design, and project execution teams to ensure timely approvals and project kick-offs.
- Monitor regional project performance, track key milestones, and support resolution of operational bottlenecks.
- Liaise with local authorities, landowners, consultants, and other stakeholders to drive project feasibility and closure.
- Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards, and business cases to senior leadership.
- Ensure alignment with corporate strategy, financial targets, and regulatory frameworks (RERA, DTCP, etc.).
- Negotiate and close complex deals with a focus on maximizing value and mitigating risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and ethical business practices.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential areas for investment.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential investors, and partners to facilitate business expansion.
Qualifications and Experience
- Full-time Bachelors Degree.
- Bachelor's Degree in Law/CA/CS Preferred.
- 7-10 Years of Experience in land acquisition, feasibility studies, and project evaluation in the real estate sector.
- Good understanding of Real Estate business, Local Laws, financial modelling, due diligence.
