Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Indore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Daily tasks will include market research, developing sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. The role requires working closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in identifying and pursuing business opportunities, market research, and strategy development
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and contract negotiation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing and sales
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Indore
