Web: the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development professional to lead sales efforts for Compliance & Payroll Outsourcing (CPO) solutions. The role demands a results-driven individual with a strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and the ability to build strategic partnerships and generate sustainable revenue. The candidate should also possess the knowledge and expertise to propose NetAmbit HR Solutions to both established and startup organizations.
Responsibilities
Business Development :Lead sales initiatives for Compliance & Payroll Outsourcing solutions, focusing on startups and agile businesses. Build, maintain, and expand a robust sales pipeline through proactive networking, outreach, and engagement with industry stakeholders.
Client Relationship Management : Establish and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within target companies. Deliver tailored solutions to address payroll and compliance challenges, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
Strategic Partnerships :Leverage relationships within co-working spaces and similar environments (e.g., Executive Centres) to identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Market Awareness and Strategy
Stay informed about regulatory changes, market trends, and dynamics impacting the compliance and payroll outsourcing industry. Offer insights and develop innovative solutions that cater to market demands and client expectations.
Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years in Staffing business development, specifically in Compliance & Payroll Outsourcing solutions. Experience working in co-working spaces or similar organizations is highly preferred.
Skills and Expertise: Strong familiarity with the startup ecosystem, along with an ability to craft solutions tailored to the needs of startups.
Strong Negotiation Skills: Proven negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
