Company Size Startup / Small Enterprise Experience Required 2 4 years Working Days 5 days/week Office Location Delhi Delhi Map Role & Responsibilities Gather and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources like CRM systems social media and sales platforms to ensure the information is accurate clean and ready for analysis. Ability to understand our business solutions and align them with prospects. Act as a link between the sales marketing and other internal teams ensuring that customer / prospect requirements are prioritized and resolved in a timely manner. Build and maintain an account map plan for each customer and establish first contact with key stakeholders in your accounts. Monitor progress and status of each prospect opportunity. Assist business functions in running business enablement campaigns. Daily update of the CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline data. Ideal Candidate 24 years of experience in inside sales / outbound campaign / online business development Account Management CRM experience B2B SAAS Software is a good to have. Ability to work with large amounts of data in excel. Processoriented with ability to work with deadlines. Great communication and relationship building skill. Should be a very organized professional with a great timeline and owner/ task management capabilities. Should be able to research business of clients and communicate the same to internal teams. Be proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and possess the ability to quickly learn other marketing programs. powerpoint,online business development,excel,outbound campaign,b2b,sales,data,sales platforms,data mining,microsoft word,crm systems,crm,b2b saas,account management,customer,inside sales,social media,saas,crm experience
