Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and secure sponsorships, partnerships, and brand associations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and agencies.
Negotiate terms, contracts, and deliverables for sponsorship agreements.
Create and present proposals tailored to client requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for execution of sponsorship commitments.
Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance and ROI.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in sponsorship sales, corporate partnerships, or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting targets and building long-term partnerships.
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.
Prior experience in events, media, or retail industry will be an added advantage.
