We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Chat Support team. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through live chat. This role is open for both freshers and experienced candidates who are willing to work in night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle multiple customer chats efficiently with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve queries related to products, services, orders, billing, or technical issues.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Escalate complex issues to higher support teams when necessary.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and meet quality benchmarks.
- Update records of customer interactions in the system.
Requirements:
For Freshers:
- Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream).
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Typing speed of at least 30–35 WPM with good accuracy.
- Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational offs.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
For Experienced Candidates:
- 6 months–3 years of experience in international chat/email process preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat windows.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems is an added advantage.
Skills Required:
- Strong command of written English.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Flexibility for rotational shifts and night shifts.
