We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Chat Support team. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through live chat. This role is open for both freshers and experienced candidates who are willing to work in night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle multiple customer chats efficiently with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve queries related to products, services, orders, billing, or technical issues.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher support teams when necessary.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and meet quality benchmarks.
  • Update records of customer interactions in the system.

Requirements:

For Freshers:

  • Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream).
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Typing speed of at least 30–35 WPM with good accuracy.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational offs.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.

For Experienced Candidates:

  • 6 months–3 years of experience in international chat/email process preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat windows.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems is an added advantage.

Skills Required:

  • Strong command of written English.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Flexibility for rotational shifts and night shifts.
