Desktop Support Specialist

Experience level: 5 to 8 Years Hands-On experience working with but not limited to below skills.
Key Skills: OS deployments and Upgrades using SCCM 2012, Group policy administration, Advance troubleshooting skill on all windows 10 OS related issues and its feature upgrades.
Mandatory Skills required:
1. Strong hands-on experience working with SCCM 2012 and above versions, Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Patch Management, Windows Client Operating System
2. Good Experience in administering Users and Computers using Active Directory, Group Policy, and Advance Group Policy Management
3. Hands-on experience with Troubleshooting above mentioned tools, technologies, and Operating Systems
4. Working experience on SCCM Architecture, Components, and features. Must know how to create collections, software application and Package creation, Content Distribution, Monitoring, Troubleshooting SCCM related issues.
5. Windows Operating System Image creation, Deployment using SCCM (Task Sequence and other deployments methods)
6. Good Experience on Windows / Microsoft Office Patch Management Processes and troubleshooting
7. Good Experience on Scripting and scripting tools (VB, Batch, PowerShell)
8. Working experience on ITSM tools and terminologies, like Service Now, etc.
9. Should communicate well, both vocal and written.
10. Flexible to work on 24X7 basis, Ability to write the process / ITSM Documents and KBs
11. Should be a technical point of contact for the above-mentioned service deliverables
Good to have Skills:
1. Experience in understanding “Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE)” and remediating vulnerability identified on end user desktops / workstations.
2. Providing Support to Users using tools like “LogMeIn” and SCCM Remote Control feature.
3. Knowledge on Azure Autopilot, Intune
