This is a full-time on-site role as an Pre Sales Specialist at Pran Motors' Bengaluru location. As an Pre Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for lead generation, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will involve communicating with potential buyers, assisting them in finding the right car, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Qualifications

- Pre Sales, Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus- Strong negotiation and closing skills- Attention to detail and organisational skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
