Job Description: Sales Development Representative
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development & Marketing Representative (SDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and qualifying leads, building strong client relationships, and driving new business opportunities. If you are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and growth, this role is for you
Qualifications- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 0-5 year of experience in IT/Software sales or a related field .
- Energetic and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
- Familiarity with SaaS products is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social outreach to identify potential clients.
- Qualify leads based on engagement, company size, and strategic alignment with our offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in developing and executing lead generation campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Understand prospective client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Schedule meetings for sales executives and ensure proper hand-off of qualified leads.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Utilize CRM systems effectively to track and manage outreach efforts and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and keep an organized pipeline.
- Generate and analyze CRM reports to improve strategies and assess performance.
- Conduct research on target markets, competitors, and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Gather insights into customer behaviors to tailor outreach efforts effectively.
- Identify and prospect new sales opportunities through networking and outbound efforts.
- Perform online demos to prospects using tools like TeamViewer, Zoom, and AnyDesk.
- Travel to client sites and participate in meetings, events, and conferences.
- Define and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records and generate regular forecasts and reports.
