Experience - 8+yrs Location - Kolkata Experience & Expertise - Experience in selection of Mills, Scrubbers, Rotary Breaker Mass Balance and flow sheet preparation. Technical discussion with customer and preparing the data sheet, scope matrix, Thoroughly understanding the customer technical requirement and making an optimum technical commercial proposal. Including travelling meet customers/clients. Job Description: Troubleshoot product performance related issues Acquisition of new customers Comfortable for travelling to clients location Showcase new technical capabilities developed and product offering Understand customer pain points and strategic priorities Coordinate with design to develop the 'right' offering (solution and product) which will address customer pain points / strategic priorities Articulate the value proposition of the new proposed solution (cost and benefits analysis) and convince the client, along with Sales team Synthesize market trends to identify implications on future product development Assess the new offering from competition and implication on future product development Drive trials with new clients / new products / new solutions Ensure order book targets are achieved Conduct product trainings with sales and production team Provide inputs on system improvement and automation Education • B.
