We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager in our Marketing team to lead category growth, market positioning, and product marketing initiatives to scale our Rotimatic appliance.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing & Positioning
- Develop and execute the product marketing strategy, ensuring strong messaging, positioning, and differentiation for Rotimatic and upcoming product lines.
- Craft compelling product value propositions and go-to-market (GTM) strategies aligned with customer insights and business objectives.
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to translate technical innovations into customer-friendly messaging.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to refine product-market fit and future roadmap.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution
- Lead end-to-end GTM planning for new product launches, working cross-functionally with product, sales, and digital marketing teams.
- Define buyer personas, segmentation, and messaging frameworks to ensure targeted marketing.
- Develop product education materials, website content, and marketing collaterals to enhance customer understanding.
- Drive product adoption and engagement through storytelling, demos, influencer partnerships, and community engagement.
Category Growth & Performance Optimization
- Own the category growth strategy, ensuring Rotimatic maintains a leadership position in AI-driven home appliances.
- Develop strategies for pricing, bundling, and promotions to enhance category performance.
- Collaborate with e-commerce and retail partners to optimize sales channels and customer journey.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Brand & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, influencer, PR, offline) to drive awareness and conversion.
- Partner with content, creative, and performance marketing teams to create high-impact marketing assets.
- Leverage AI and data analytics to optimize marketing performance and personalize customer engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, customer experience, and R&D teams to ensure seamless product-market fit.
- Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to enhance product innovation and positioning.
- Build relationships with influencers, chefs, and thought leaders to strengthen brand credibility.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: 5-10 years in product marketing, category management, or brand marketing in FMCD, consumer tech, kitchen appliances, or AI-driven products.
- Industry Knowledge: Exposure to AI, smart home technology, IoT appliances, or premium consumer goods is a plus.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinker: Strong ability to use market insights, data, and analytics to drive decision-making.
- Creative Storytelling: Ability to simplify complex AI-driven technology into engaging and relatable customer messaging.
- Growth & Performance-Oriented: Experience in optimizing product performance, driving customer engagement, and increasing adoption rates.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to collaborate across product, sales, and digital teams for effective execution.
