Role : Full Stack EngineerExperience : 3+ yearsRole Type: Full-time (On-site)About the Role:We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who can own and build scalable, reliable applications from front to back. Experience working on fintech products, payment systems, or financial workflows is a strong plus. You should have strong experience with modern frontend frameworks and backend systems, a solid understanding of architectural patterns, and a love for clean, maintainable code. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to take end-to-end ownership of technical solutions. Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.Key Responsibilities:● Full Stack Development: Develop and maintain both frontend and backend code for web applications using modern technologies such as React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB/PostgreSQL. Experience building financial dashboards, transaction systems, or compliance-driven features is a plus.● System Design & Architecture: Architect and design efficient, scalable, and maintainable systems and services across the stack. Ensure high-quality code across both frontend and backend systems. Ability to design secure and compliant fintech architectures (PCI, KYC, audit logs) is preferred.● API Development: Build, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend systems. Experience with GraphQL is a plus. Experience with payment gateway integrations, ledger systems, or reconciliation APIs is beneficial.● Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas, and develop efficient queries for relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with financial data models, transaction safety (ACID), and audit trails is an advantage.● Frontend Development: Work closely with UX/UI designers to build modern, responsive user interfaces with a focus on usability, performance, and scalability. Experience building fintech dashboards, reporting tools, or data-heavy UIs is preferred.● Code Reviews & Mentorship: Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices are followed, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to help them grow technically.● Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in both frontend and backend systems, and optimize performance for speed, security, and reliability. Understanding of high-frequency financial transactions and data integrity is a plus.● Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, designers, and DevOps engineers, to build and deploy features.● Testing & Debugging: Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for both frontend and backend systems. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs efficiently. Experience testing financial workflows and mission-critical systems is preferred.● CI/CD & Automation: Work with DevOps to set up continuous integration and deployment pipelines for the smooth deployment of both frontend and backend services.● Documentation: Write clear and comprehensive documentation for systems, APIs, and services to ensure smooth team collaboration and codebase maintainability.Required Skills & Experience:● Full Stack Expertise: Proficiency in both frontend (React.js/Angular/Vue.js) and backend (Node.js/Express.js) technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend tools and libraries. Fintech development experience is a bonus.● Database Knowledge: Experience with both relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis). Familiarity with ORM (e.g., Prisma, Sequelize) is a plus.● API Development: Strong experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and familiarity with GraphQL. Experience with financial or transactional APIs is preferred.● Version Control: Proficiency with Git and Git workflows (e.g., branching, pull requests, version control).● Cloud Platforms: Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for deploying backend services, using services like Lambda, EC2, S3, etc. Fintech cloud security familiarity is a plus.● CI/CD: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.● Testing: Hands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress).● Containerization: Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.● Security: Knowledge of backend security best practices, including user authentication (e.g., JWT, OAuth), data encryption, and securing APIs.
