Job Title: Full stack DeveloperExperience: 0 – 3 YearsLocation: Kanpur (New Technopark @ IIT Kanpur)Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities:· Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using MERN stack + PostgreSQL.· Build and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end services.· Develop responsive, interactive, and user-friendly front-end applications with React.js (JavaScript/TypeScript).· Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following industry best practices.· Ensure security, scalability, and high performance of applications in production.· Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance.· Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing. Required Skills:· 0–3 years of professional experience in full-stack development.· Strong expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).· Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for front-end and back-end.· Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2).· Good understanding of complete SDLC. Preferred / Additional Skills:· Experience with testing frameworks (Vitest, Mocha, Cypress, PyTest).· Strong awareness of security best practices, performance tuning, and optimization.· Practical experience with Docker.
