With partnerships across multiple banks and NBFCs, Blostem is building the financial infrastructure that connects customers, digital platforms, and banks through a unified digital gateway.We’re a fast-growing fintech startup backed at the intersection of banking, technology, and innovation — backed by some of India’s most credible investors - Rainmatters, Mobikwik and AC Ventures.Know more about us at NoidaExperience: 6–8 yearsAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a Node.js-first Full Stack Engineer who can architect, build, and optimize the backend services powering Blostem’s fintech infrastructure.React experience is useful for dashboards, but your primary strength must be backend engineering + AWS + databases.Key ResponsibilitiesBackend & System Engineering (Primary focus)Architect and develop backend services using Node.js (Express/Nest.js).Build scalable APIs, partner integrations, and distributed services.Implement workers, queues, schedulers, and async service flows.Write efficient, modular, testable backend code.Cloud & Infrastructure (High importance)Work across AWS services — Lambda, EC2, S3, CloudWatch, API Gateway, IAM.Optimize services for performance, reliability, and cost.Handle deployments, monitoring, and logging end-to-end.Database Engineering (High importance)Design schemas in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) or NoSQL (Mongo/Dynamo).Write optimized queries, indexes, caching strategies.Understand transactions, consistency, and scaling patterns.Frontend EngineeringBuild/maintain React.js dashboards & internal tools.Integrate backend flows into clean and reliable UI components.Follow good UX, API, and state management practices.Required Skills6–8 years of hands-on full stack experience.Strong Node.js engineering — architecture, service design, async patterns.Good AWS fundamentals (Lambda, EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch).Strong database knowledge (SQL or NoSQL).Experience building & maintaining production-grade systems.Experience integrating 3rd-party APIs and external systems.Understanding of authentication, security and error handling.Nice-to-HaveReact.js for dashboards (not the primary role)TypeScriptDocker / CI/CD pipelinesFintech/BFSI backgroundExperience with microservices & event-driven systemsWhy Join Blostem?Backend-heavy engineering roleBuild real fintech infrastructure used at national scaleOwnership, autonomy, and a modern stackSolve meaningful engineering challengesDirect collaboration with founders + core tech team
