Job Title: Full stack Developer Experience: 0 – 3 Years Location: Kanpur (New Technopark @ IIT Kanpur) Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: · Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using MERN stack + PostgreSQL. · Build and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end services. · Develop responsive, interactive, and user-friendly front-end applications with React.js (JavaScript/TypeScript). · Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following industry best practices. · Ensure security, scalability, and high performance of applications in production. · Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance. · Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing. Required Skills: · 0–3 years of professional experience in full-stack development. · Strong expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). · Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for front-end and back-end. · Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2). · Good understanding of complete SDLC. Preferred / Additional Skills: · Experience with testing frameworks (Vitest, Mocha, Cypress, PyTest). · Strong awareness of security best practices, performance tuning, and optimization. · Practical experience with Docker.
