This is a full-time, on-site role.You will be responsible for end-to-end development of front-end and back-end systems that power our blockchain and Web3 applications.Your responsibilities include:Designing and developing scalable MERN-stack applicationsBuilding real-time systems using WebSockets, Redis, queues, and distributed workloadsIntegrating Web3 functionalities (wallets, smart contracts, blockchain networks)Optimizing performance, ensuring security, and writing clean, maintainable codeCollaborating with designers, blockchain engineers, and product teamsTroubleshooting and resolving technical issues across the stackQualifications4+ years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)Strong expertise with WebSockets for real-time communicationExperience with Redis , caching, and pub/sub systemsHands-on experience in job queues like BullMQ or RabbitMQSolid knowledge of backend architecture, API development, and microservicesMinimum 1 year of experience in Web3 (ethers.js / web3.js, wallet connect, smart contract interaction)Understanding of blockchain technologies and decentralized systemsExperience with Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Vercel)Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced startup culture with cross-functional teams
