Job Description: Customer Service Agents – International Voice Proces Eligibility Criteria:  • Education :  Experienced with 1-3 years in international bpo  o Graduates with minimum 1 year of experience with International voice process• Age: 18 to 45 years  • Communication: Must have excellent spoken English skills  • Shift & Availability: o Willing to work in night shifts (24/7 rotational shifts)  o Must be comfortable with 2 rotational weekly offs  • Location Preference: Pune • Salary Range: 30,000 to 40,000 per month (based on profile and experience)  Key Responsibilities:  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers  Should have experience with International voice process. • Provide accurate information and support related to products or services  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction  • Maintain call quality standards and follow company protocols  • Update customer records accurately in the system  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues if required  • Adhere to shift schedules and maintain regular attendance
