We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling customer interactions and providing effective support, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages to assist customers.
  • Provide accurate and clear information regarding products, services, and processes.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned department and follow up for resolution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining regular follow-ups.
  • Support the team in achieving service quality and performance targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Malayalam) – both verbal and written.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage).

Preferred Qualities:

  • Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
