Role & responsibilities

Store Operations Management

Important Note: Candidate must in jewelry background.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the jewelry store.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, display, and security standards are maintained.
  • Manage stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.

2. Sales & Customer Service

  • Drive sales to achieve monthly Achievements.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated complaints.
  • Build long-term relationships with high-value customers.

3. Team Management

  • Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff.
  • Allocate responsibilities and monitor staff performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback.

4. Inventory & Stock Control

  • Monitor gold, diamond, and other jewelry inventory.
  • Ensure accurate stock handling, billing, and record-keeping.
  • Prevent stock loss through strict security and audit measures.

5. Compliance & Security

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee store security measures, including safe handling of jewelry and cash.
  • Coordinate with accounts for accurate reporting and daily closing balances.

6. Reporting & Coordination

  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports to management.
  • Coordinate with head office for promotions, offers, and marketing activities.
  • Implement new policies and procedures as per management instructions.

7. Customer Engagement & Marketing

  • Plan and execute in-store promotions and festive events.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards attract customers.
  • Collect customer feedback for service improvement.
