4.Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation

  • Oversee showroom aesthetics and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team for attractive product displays.
  • Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and appealing.

5.Inventory & Operational Management

  • Oversee inventory levels, stock movement, and shrinkage control.
  • Ensure accurate stock display and compliance with handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with the backend for smooth supply chain management.

6.Financial & Sales Reporting

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and create action plans.
  • Managing Billing Process Overall.
  • Prepare reports for senior management.

7.Marketing, Exhibitions & Events Coordination

  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
  • Ensure showroom-level branding and promotional activities are effectively executed.
  • Monitor ROI of events and marketing initiatives.

8.Compliance & Systems Adherence

  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and operational systems.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation for sales, billing, and inventory.
