**Role Overview**

The Showroom In-charge will be responsible for the overall management of the showroom, ensuring a smooth customer experience, efficient team coordination, proper product display and upkeep, and active support to dealers, architects, and walk-in clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

Customer Experience & Sales Coordination
- Greet and assist customers, walk-ins, dealers, and designers.
- Provide detailed product information and guide them through the experience zones.
- Coordinate with the back end team to follow up on quotations, orders, and delivery timelines.
- Assist sales representatives and designers in client walk throughs and presentations.

**Showroom Operations**
- Ensure the showroom is always clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Maintain up-to-date product displays with proper lighting and signage.
- Handle showroom maintenance in coordination with vendors and support staff.
- Manage visitor logs and maintain daily footfall and enquiry records.

**Team Coordination**
- Supervise support staff (cleaning, technical, security, etc.).
- Train and guide showroom executives and interns.
- Conduct regular briefings and updates on product knowledge and SOPs.

**Inventory & Reporting**
- Track sample stock and display materials; coordinate replenishment.
- Maintain showroom-specific inventory and assets.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on showroom performance and customer insights.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a premium retail showroom.
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a bonus).
- Knowledge of interior design, sanitary-ware, or hardware is preferred.
- Tech-savvy with good command over MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
