Role Overview :

As a Senior AEM Developer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our AEM platforms while collaborating with our dynamic application development team. You'll work on integrating new applications, designing innovative solutions, and developing top-notch AEM components. Your expertise will help solve complex business challenges and drive our AEM projects to success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead AEM Projects: Extend and enhance the AEM platform by translating complex business requirements into technical specifications and defining the scope of development.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with clients, solution consultants, architects, and other roles to deliver high-quality AEM solutions.
  • Develop and Implement: Create and refine Sling models, Java servlets, AEM component HTL, and JavaScript code for seamless client-side interactions.
  • Code Review & Troubleshooting: Ensure code quality, provide constructive feedback, and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Mentor & Share Knowledge: Guide and mentor team members, contribute to internal knowledge sharing, and support the sales team with technical expertise.
  • What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: 5+ years of AEM implementation experience with a strong understanding of Apache Sling, Java Content Repository, OSGi, and Apache Felix.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in defining components, dialogs, Sling Models, and architecting Java services. Strong grasp of front-end technologies including SASS, HTL, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Certifications: Adobe Experience Manager Developer Certification is required; working towards Adobe Experience Manager Architect Certification is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to interface with clients, lead technical discussions, and present complex concepts professionally.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications :
  • Full Stack Development: 2+ years of experience in full stack development and AEM DevOps.
  • Adobe Experience Cloud: Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and React JS, Vue, or Angular.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead blended teams and interact with executives to guide projects to successful outcomes.
