And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Skills & Experience:• 7+ years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure support, design, and deployment.• Strong expertise in AWS and Azure cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Security).• Proven experience in cloud migrations, automation, and governance frameworks.• Proficiency with monitoring, compliance, and security enforcement tools.• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in multi-cloud environments.Key Responsibilities:Escalation & Advanced Troubleshooting• Act as the final escalation point for AWS and Azure-related incidents and service requests.• Perform in-depth troubleshooting of complex issues across compute, storage, networking, and PaaS services.• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.AWS Cloud Responsibilities• Design and implement cloud solutions tailored to client requirements.• Lead deployment and migration activities into AWS environments.• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of AWS infrastructure.• Implement and enforce AWS best practices for operations and architecture.Azure Cloud Responsibilities• Utilize Azure Security Center and Azure Monitor for compliance and system monitoring.• Configure and troubleshoot Virtual Network Gateway (VNG), Local Network Gateway (LNG), and Gateway Subnets.• Implement and manage UDR (User Defined Routing) and Service Tags for routing and security.• Configure and manage Load Balancers (Global and Native).• Define, implement, and enhance backup policies.• Implement and manage Azure Policies & Management Groups for governance.• Automate operations using Runbooks and scripts (PowerShell, CLI, etc.).• Configure and troubleshoot PaaS services (SQL Database, Functions, Logic Apps, etc.).• Implement Service Endpoints and Private Endpoints for secure connectivity.• Configure Auto Scaling, Scale Sets, Availability Zones, and Availability Sets.• Manage App Registrations, Enterprise Applications, Azure AD, and Azure MFA.• Strengthen security posture and compliance across Azure workloads.Directory & Identity Management• Provide expertise in Active Directory services (DNS, DHCP, DFS) and integration with cloud services.Tools & Technologies:• AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc.)• Azure Cloud Services (Monitor, Security Center , Load Balancer, AD, MFA, Policy, PaaS Services, etc.)• Automation Tools (Azure Runbooks, PowerShell, AWS CLI, Python, etc.)• ITSM / Ticketing Systems (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, or similar)Certifications (Preferred):• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect ExpertSoft Skills:• Strong communication and documentation skills.• Ability to lead escalations and mentor L1/L2 engineers.• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills.• Focus on continuous improvement and automation-driven efficiency.Being YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it's how we think and who we are.
