Cloud Support EngineerThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Cloud Support Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and guidance on cloud-based solutions.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance of our cloud infrastructure.A successful candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support: Provide Level 2 support for cloud-related issues, collaborating with engineers and architects to resolve problems and implement solutions.Infrastructure Management: Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance.Collaboration: Work with internal teams to design, develop, and deploy cloud-based solutions that meet business needs.Knowledge Sharing: Document best practices and share knowledge with team members to promote continuous learning and improvement.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Experience: 2+ years of experience in cloud operations, monitoring, and management.Skills: Strong understanding of cloud computing, AWS services, and DevOps practices.Preferred QualificationsCloud Certifications: AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or equivalent.Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Bash, or Node.js.Tools and Technologies: Experience with tools like Newrelic, Kibana, Splunk, and AWS CloudWatch.About UsWe are a forward-thinking organization committed to innovation and excellence.
