Job Summary: As a Pre-Sales Lead specializing in Camunda, you will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts by providing technical expertise, crafting compelling solution proposals, and working closely with our sales team to win new business. Your deep understanding of Camunda and your ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical solutions will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities :
Pre-Sales and Bid Management :
- Manage and create RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, proposals, and estimates ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
- Lead the development of impactful sales collateral, including presentations, demos, and case studies.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop customized solutions aligned with client needs.
Business Analysis :
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and industry insights.
- Translate business requirements into actionable project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Client Engagement and Solution Design :
- Collaborate with clients to understand pain points and design tailored solutions.
- Conduct compliance and feasibility analysis to ensure solutions meet industry standards.
- Present innovative and strategic solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
Leadership and Team Management :
- Mentor and lead a team of pre-sales professionals and business analysts.
- Drive team performance through effective training, goal-setting, and resource management.
Market Intelligence :
- Leverage market research and competitive analysis to enhance proposal success rates.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, optimize operations, and drive efficiencies.
Key Skills and Qualifications :
- Proven expertise in pre-sales , business analysis , and solution design .
- Strong knowledge of RFP/RFQ management, proposal preparation, and bid processes.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA , Confluence , Miro , and HubSpot .
- Solid understanding of market research techniques and industry trends.
- Certification in Agile Methodologies , Design Thinking , or equivalent is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex solutions.
