Jio is launching its RCS based Jio Business Messaging service and is aiming at a leadership position for market share. Jio aims to change the landscape of the customer communication and engagement using conversational messaging. With this objective, Jio is building a Customer Success team to design efficient and innovative campaigns to ensure best results for our customers and in turn the success of this channel and business for Jio. Role Overview: As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients' marketing initiatives. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the campaign process and ensuring their objectives are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Ideation and Strategy: • Collaborate with clients to brainstorm RCS campaign ideas aligned with their business goals and target audience. • Ideate and present innovative use cases and strategies to maximize the effectiveness of RCS campaigns.
2. Campaign Development and Execution: • Oversee the development and implementation of RCS campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and clients as needed. • Ensure that campaigns are executed flawlessly, adhering to established timelines and approved budget.
3. Monitoring and Reporting: • Monitor campaign performance metrics in real-time, analyzing data to identify areas for optimization and improvement. • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing clients with valuable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
4. Business Growth: • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to RCS campaigns. • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. • Create pitch documents for different verticals and prospective customers showcasing the power and advantages of RCS and JBM to aid the Sales team in conversion.
5. Industry Expertise and Thought Leadership: • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to RCS messaging and mobile marketing. • Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to the development of RCS best practices and resources for clients. • Collaborate with Google and other industry stakeholders to identify and implement global best practices
Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively • Experience in Ad Tech/ Digital Advertising will be an added advantage
