Key Responsibilities


Human Resources:

  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
  • Assist in payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and resolving HR-related queries.
  • Coordinate performance evaluations and training programs to enhance employee growth and satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and manage employee engagement initiatives.

Accounting:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Assist in managing company finances, including cash flow monitoring and cost optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in preparing tax filings.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.

Cross-functional Duties:

  • Act as a bridge between HR and Finance to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to management for special projects and organizational needs.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
