Company Description
Techmax Technologies is an automotive analytics partner focused on transforming dealership ecosystems through data-driven solutions and CX innovations. Since 2020, we have been empowering automotive businesses with data-driven ecosystems to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth. Our three pillars of transformation - Realize, Reinvent, and Revolutionize - guide our approach to delivering innovative solutions in the automotive industry.
Human Resources:
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Assist in payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and resolving HR-related queries.
- Coordinate performance evaluations and training programs to enhance employee growth and satisfaction.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and manage employee engagement initiatives.
Accounting:
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and monthly/quarterly reports.
- Assist in managing company finances, including cash flow monitoring and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in preparing tax filings.
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.
Cross-functional Duties:
- Act as a bridge between HR and Finance to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to management for special projects and organizational needs.
Qualifications
- Accounting and Finance knowledge
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
