Techmax Technologies is an automotive analytics partner focused on transforming dealership ecosystems through data-driven solutions and CX innovations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation and Management:
o Develop engaging content for blogs, email campaigns, social media, and website updates.
o Manage and oversee social media accounts, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
o Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
o Analyze and optimize on-page and off-page SEO.
3. Paid Advertising Campaigns:
o Plan, execute, and monitor PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
o Manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
4. Email Marketing:
o Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage existing customers and attract new leads.
o Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
o Track and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare detailed reports.
o Provide insights to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
6. Trend Monitoring:
o Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to recommend innovative approaches.
7. Team Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Assist in coordinating internal and external meetings, workshops, and presentations.
Foster strong working relationships with external vendors and agencies to support marketing initiatives.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background:
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
o Min 2 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Hootsuite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar.
o Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
o Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS is a plus.
Soft Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
o Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
