Ensure daily compliance with all operating procedures. Oversee operations and implement management.Execute Franchisor-approved marketing campaigns and promotions.Build relationships with local stakeholders to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.Adopt and execute operational procedures of Keding Enterprises.Formulate regular reports to the franchisor on performance indicators and metrics set.Where will you start:Lead market research, analyze competition, reflect on current sales model and business knowhows, and craft strategic business proposals.Perform telemarketing job functionalities. Responsibilities include outbound calls to verify client information, invite clients to attend online product presentations, and host virtual product presentations to familiarize clients with product knowledge, applications, and the advantages of KD products.
